1. Digital products

All our products are digital files (illustrated PDF guides and bonus materials) delivered by email right after payment.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If the material isn't what you expected or doesn't help you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. You don't need to return anything.

3. How to ask for a refund

  1. Email info@physicsstudylab.com with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include the email address you used to buy and your order number.

We process refund requests within 1–2 business days.

4. When you'll see the money

The refund goes back to the same card or payment method you used. It usually shows on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law.
